★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 👍No me imaginaba que lo fuera a usar tanto. Llevo ya unas semanas con la cinta desde quel a compré y me ayuda a hacer sesiones suaves de natación en mi piscina, que es circular y de 8 metros de diámetro, pero así puedo estar nadando cinco o diez minutos y a la intensidad que quiera, ya que cuanto más fuerza haces, más se estira la goma y más tensión crea. El cinturón de ajuste es de velcro y hace su función perfectamente ya que nunca se afloja o se baja por la cintura. Yo sujeto la goma en un poste al lado de la piscina. No se debe sujetar a algo endeble. Los materiales son de buena calidad y creo que me durará mucho tiempo. Sorpresa buena este invento

As resistance bands have more popularity, I decide to purchase this item in order to efficiently train. This one is really working to increase the starting pace after a week of training. In addition, this one is easy to be adjusted. I mean I can control strength according to training levels by changing length. This helps to improve training efficiency and pull off my last power.🤣 Highly recommended for those training at the home pool.
